General Information

Ergonomically designed Lowriser MTB bar with 15 mm rise and 6° bend. The width of up to 850 mm allows for persistent control and calm steering. This makes this full carbon handlebar especially attractive for technical challenging areas. Our Lowrisers are made with a 280 mm middle section.

Only the best carbon fibres (about carbon) available are good enough for the TLO line. No compromise is made in terms of stiffness and safety, which makes this product a natural choice for cross-country riding and competition use. Stems with 31.8 mm clamping diameter including those with four clamping bolts may be used.

Our extralight 21 mm carbon plugs are designed to fit all our Lowriser bars.

Ordering

Our bars may be shortened by up to 10 mm on each side, so please make sure to order the right size for your requirements. Barends cannot be used on these bars! If you are not sure about using barends, you will have to order the SL version which is 30 g heavier! The TLO bars, which do not have the option to fit barends, are not stressed as much as the SL version. This is particularly true in case of a crash. Hence they are stronger than the SL version!

Weave options

TLO handlebars can be ordered in 1k or UD weave. 1k is the classic carbon look with biaxially woven fibres. UD (unidirectional) describes a more subtle all-black “non-woven” carbon look where all fibres run in one direction. In general UD carbon parts will be a few grams heavier compared to their 1k counterparts. Find out more about UD and 1k here.
